NEW Alloy masts now available
The MG14 Association, in conjunction with the NS14 Assoc and Keeley Marine, have secured the supply of new Aluminium masts.
These have been made to an improved design, making them slightly stiffer sideways and more durable. Weight and external appearance is very simliar to the 'Flightspar-style' we have all been familiar with over the past few decades.
To differentiate these new masts (and make them look really trick!), they are now available anodised BLACK. Cost is $660 inc GST.
(Unanodised are also available ex-factory from Keeley Marine @$480).
Stock of the sections is available in Sydney via Barracouta Sails (02 9525 7626) at Caringbah, or complete rigged masts from Bryce at Infinity Rigging (02 9531 4900) at Taren Point. Anyone interested in purchasing a mast, please first contact the MG Association. Payment will be to the Association, and you will need to make your own arrangements for collection or delivery from Barracouta or Infinity Rigging. Sections are also available for purchase from the Keeley Marine factory in Melbourne (03 9555 4622)
Infinity Rigging also have stock of top and bottom plugs, halyard locks, rotator arms and gooseneck fittings to fit the new section.
